Bu politika, Dedektif Oyunu iOS uygulamasının ("Uygulama") hangi verileri işlediğini açıklar. Kişisel verileriniz 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve uygulanabilir diğer mevzuata uygun olarak işlenir.

1. Hesap ve kimlik

Uygulama ad, e-posta veya telefon numarası istemez. İlk açılışta sunucumuz sizin için rastgele, anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği oluşturur (Supabase). Bu kimlik yalnızca aboneliğinizi doğrulamak ve vaka dosyalarını size iletmek için kullanılır.

2. Satın alma bilgileri

Abonelikler Apple üzerinden satılır; ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz. Abonelik durumunu doğrulamak için anonim kullanıcı kimliğiniz ve satın alma kayıtları RevenueCat ile işlenir.

3. Cihaz doğrulama

Sunucumuza yalnızca gerçek Apple cihazlarındaki uygulamamızın erişebilmesi için Apple App Attest ve DeviceCheck kullanılır. Bu işlemler cihazınızı kimliğinizle eşleştirmez.

4. Cihazınızda kalan veriler

Sorgularınız, bulduğunuz deliller ve çelişkiler, defter notlarınız, suçlamalarınız, puanınız, XP'niz ve seriniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; sunucuya gönderilmez. Uygulamayı silerseniz bu veriler de silinir.

5. Yapay zekâ, takip ve reklam

Uygulama çalışırken yapay zekâ servisi kullanmaz ve içeriğinizi kimseyle paylaşmaz. Reklam yoktur; sizi başka uygulama veya sitelerde takip etmeyiz ve verilerinizi satmayız.

6. Saklama ve silme

Anonim kimlik ve abonelik kaydı, aboneliğin yönetimi için gerekli olduğu sürece saklanır. Silinmesini istemek için aşağıdaki adrese yazabilirsiniz.

7. Haklarınız

KVKK m. 11 kapsamındaki haklarınızı kullanmak için support@berkcan.dev adresine yazabilirsiniz.

8. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.

1. Account and identity

The app asks for no name, email or phone number. On first launch our server creates a random, anonymous user ID for you (Supabase). It is used only to check your subscription and deliver the case files.

2. Purchases

Subscriptions are sold through Apple; we never see your payment details. Your anonymous ID and purchase records are processed by RevenueCat to check your subscription.

3. Device verification

Apple App Attest and DeviceCheck make sure only our app on genuine Apple devices can reach our server. They do not link your device to your identity.

4. Data that stays on your device

Your interrogations, found evidence and contradictions, notebook marks, accusations, scores, XP and streak are stored only on your device and never sent to our server. Deleting the app deletes them.

5. AI, tracking and ads

The app uses no AI service at runtime and shares none of your content. There are no ads; we do not track you across other apps or websites and we do not sell your data.

6. Retention and deletion

The anonymous ID and subscription record are kept as long as needed to manage the subscription. To have them deleted, write to support@berkcan.dev.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
